Are kids allowed at the wedding?

We love your little ones, but to allow everyone to fully enjoy the celebration, we kindly ask that guests under the age of 13 not attend. The only exception will be immediate family members who are part of the wedding party. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

We request semi-formal attire for our wedding. For more details, please visit the Dress Code page here on our website.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Yes — both the ceremony and reception will take place at AAA Farms, 250 McLemore Ln, Lavinia, TN.

What time should I arrive?

We suggest arriving up to 30 minutes before the 2:00 PM ceremony to allow time for parking and seating; please do not arrive earlier than 1:30 PM.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be held indoors. Late December temperatures in Lavinia can vary—while past years have seen highs in the high 70s, we recommend bringing a light shawl or overcoat in case of cool weather, but do not expect extreme cold temperatures.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Professional photographers will be capturing every moment of the day and we’ll share photos here on the website when we receive them. The ceremony will be strictly unplugged — please enjoy the moment, turn off your phones, and do not take personal photos during the ceremony. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take pictures during the reception!

Will there be food?

Dinner will be served after the ceremony and cocktail hour, beginning around 4:30–5:00 PM. We will offer three pasta entrée choices, a mixed salad, and a selection of desserts.
